Filtered vs. Limited
Filtered means the result has been filtered using whatever filtering parameter you have used such as keyword search, merchant #, price range, etc...
Limited is influenced by the offset and limit parameters. Mostly used for paging purposes.
Both Filtered and Limited results may have overlapping records, however they are designed to make the data easier to use.

Grouped Returned Data
When the group_by parameter is used, there will be an additional array or section titled [grouped]. The [grouped] array contains the same structure as filtered and limited with additional parent grouping subarray. For example if you have choosen group_by 'posted_date', the grouped array will look like:

[grouped] => stdClass Object (
    [20081206] => stdClass Object (
        [name] => Posted on 12/06/2008
        [items] => Array ( [0] => stdClass Object (
